Advising Small Businesses

California small businesses face a myriad of challenges, conflicts, and choices. The advice of an experienced attorney can help you tremendously; it can advise the decisions that influence your business’s future, help you avoid costly mistakes, and effectively address any crises that arise.

I work hard to craft practical, pragmatic solutions to the legal issues that small businesses face. When I provide the necessary legal support and expertise, then you can get back to what you do best – running your business.

My business runs simply and personally. I meet with clients individually, and I handle each case or project from beginning to end. Keeping my clients updated and informed is a core part of my daily work, and I’m easy to contact by email, fax, and phone. Returning phone calls and emails is a true priority and a regular habit. My clients shouldn’t have to wonder whether their concerns are heard or whether their cases are progressing.

Most importantly, if you become my client, I will fight for what you want—not what I would choose in your place. I will ask important questions (and listen to their answers) to find out what you prioritize. Of course, we can’t always achieve the exact result you want, but I will make sure you understand your options and how those choices will affect your business. Your concerns and questions matter to me, and I’ll address them directly. Then I’ll work toward the result you prefer, based on our practical options and your personal definition of success.
